- Add the chicken strips to a large bowl. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss well until every strip is evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the chicken strips in a single layer with space between each piece.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping the strips at the 5-minute mark. Cook until the exterior is golden and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place each tortilla in the air fryer for 30 seconds to warm and soften before assembling.
- Lay each tortilla flat. Add chicken strips down the center and top with shredded mozzarella. Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Place each wrap seam-side down back into the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 minutes until the cheese melts and the outside is golden. Rest for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes. Wraps can be frozen for up to one month.
